The Mission of the Municipal Court is to provide adjudication of violations of all Town Ordinances and criminal offenses that occur within the Town of Peralta, New Mexico.

The Court hears cases involving petty misdemeanors, traffic violations including violations of the Town of Peralta cod e of ordinances.The Town of Peralta Municipal Court operates an open, efficient and fair Court for the citizens of the Town, ensures due process for all persons cited for violations of the Municipal Ordinances, and acts in a fair and impartial manner for all decisions that are made in accordance to Town laws and ordinances.

Ada has been a team member since 2017 and resides in Los Lunas, NM. Ada is tasked in the set-up of court dates, handles citation payments and processing.  When contacting the court, you will most likely talk with Ada concerning questions regarding court cases and scheduling and all inquiries regarding Municipal Court.

Honorable Judge: Tracy Aragon  

The Town of Peralta municipal Judge is the Honorable Tracy Aragon.  Judge Aragon was elected to a four year term as municipal Judge in 2016.
